Cut sausage into bite-sized pieces. Cut onions and garlic into thin slices. Set aside.
In a small bowl prepare spicy stir fry sauce by mixing together 3 tablespoons sriracha, 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon (or salt), and dash of white pepper. Set aside.
In a frying pan, heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil using medium high heat. Add sausages to the pan and cook until golden and crispy (about 3 minutes). Remove from pan when completely cooked.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of unsalted butter to the frying pan. Using low heat, melt butter. Once butter has melted, add in onions and garlic. Stir and cook until tender (about 1 minute).
Add in stir fry sauce and 1/4 cup of water. Bring to a boil and then add sausages back into the pan. Cook for another 1 minute or until all the sausages have been equally coated by the thick stir fry sauce.
Turn off heat and serve over a hot bowl of white rice or with mini Hawaiian rolls as spicy hot dog sliders!
